Yet I knew that if I didn&#8217;t change anything, it would slowly dictate more and more of my self image &#8212; as I got used to it, and forgot how mid it was (I didn&#8217;t change it).</p><p>Have you noticed that you look vastly different under different lighting conditions and mirror setups?</p><p>Could you then agree that this setup is one of those small things that, over time, compounds in some way?</p><p>I could be off about this, but I feel as if little attention is paid to it.</p><p>If so, there is this lingering &#8220;factor&#8221; that is quietly shaping certain aspects of your life &#8212; whether it&#8217;s the accuracy of your self-image, the strength of your self-esteem, etc.</p><p>The smallest thing, repeated daily, over the course of a lifetime, has more leverage on the course of your life than you likely attribute credit to.</p>]]></content:encoded></item></channel></rss>
